Here is more info than you ever wanted to know about me, Hope Perkins. I started painting on clothes to ensure no one else would be wearing what I had on. I also wanted to combine my two favorite things, art and fashion. I live in Austin, Texas where the art and fashion are thriving as much as possible in a Texas town. I am part of a group of girls called the Austin Craft Mafia and there is this little show we have on the DIY channel called Stylelicious. You should check it out and see how uncomfortable I am and how thick my accent is. I do have to confess that this is almost word for word verbatim what my Myspace profile says, but those people don't know I like unsweatened tea. Mix tapes/CD's are the way to my heart. I can't spell to save my life. I know my irony is obvious but the fact that I realize this makes me wonderful. I am addicted to self tanner but am on my way to recovery. I have a taxidermy bob cat named Tonya and a deer head with pink horns named Vito. Things like stuffed family pets and talking animals make me laugh. I am a sucker for songs that involve hand-claps. I think glitter is the perfect final touch for everthing. I love coke slushes. I always cry when the little girl from My Girl is at the funeral saying, where are Thomas Jay's glasses, he can't see without his glasses. I took the same college prealgebra math course 8 times, dated the math teacher, still failed. I am in constant search of the perfect bluejeans. I love staying in hotels. I like to wear obnoxious fake tatoos. I want an entire floor covered in lama skin rugs. I have no sense of direction. I love dollar stores. I love the smell of dryer sheets. I love mac-n-cheese. I wish I had a hot pink Camero with a gold glittery eagle on it. I wish they sold mexican jumping beans in gas station. That's it.
